At PawfectCo, we want you and your pet to love every purchase.
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used pet products
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Any item marked as non-returnable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, PawfectCo will cover the return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
